Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali once again has approached ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone for his forthcoming film Tamasha, earlier titled as “Window Seat”.
The duo delivered last year’s superhit films, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Bachna Ae Haseeno.
Though the successful pair went through a somewhat messy breakup, they surely put the past behind them and agreed that they were good friends during the promotions of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
Tamasha is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and is said to be about self-discovery. The film will go on floors in June this year.
Tamasha is slated to take place on a distant European island. Director Imtiaz Ali has also roped in ace musical maestro AR Rahman for the music of the film.
